Orders are shipped UPS Ground using published residential rates.

Please note: International customers will be responsible for any additional fees due to importation of product.

​ We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. If we make an error we will correct it to your complete satisfaction at no cost to you. If you are not happy with the items we send, we will gladly accept your return and refund the cost of the product. We require a Return Authorization which is obtainable by contacting us. You must pay for the return freight and repackage the product so it reaches us in good condition. Your refund will reflect a 15% charge to cover packaging and restocking expenses. Failure to obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning merchandise may result in higher return charges. Note that we will only accept complete cases of items in their original condition and packaging.

​All breakage and request for returns must be made within (48 Hours) of receipt. Claims for breakage or product return requests will not be considered after this period. Damaged product must be documented with pictures to receive either a credit or replacement product.

​ Shipping Time – Most orders are shipped within 1-2 Weeks as long as order is not placed during a holiday week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday and depending on volume, into Tuesday if necessary. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Larger orders can take 3-6 Weeks to create and ship.

​ We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by JTC Wholesale or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need a better estimate for processing & creation time please contact us.

JTC Wholesale obligation hereunder is exclusively limited to the refund of the cost of the products purchased IN NO EVENT SHALL JTC Wholesale. BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS (BASED UPON BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, IMMEDIATE, INCIDENTAL, FORESEEABLE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL.

Wholesale Order Processing & Ordering

Wholesale order generally 1-2 weeks to process this includes the creation, inspection & packaging time. Depending on order size and time of year processing can take 3-6 weeks.

Wholesale orders are processed in the order they are received.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for use with discount codes or coupons, we lower our wholesale prices based on quantity ordered.

All orders must be completed on our wholesale website, we do not offer price lists or order guides, as our wholesale website carries our full product list and current prices.

All items on our wholesale website are by the case only.

When ordering it is one scent or vartion per case.

We are unable to reduce the minimum order sizes required, this is done to ensure that we are able to price accordingly and forecast manufacturing capacity.

Minimum ordering of $400 & $200 does not include shipping

Any orders placed that do not meet required minimums will not be processed and customer will be contacted to meet the minimum. If minimum is not met within 7 days order will be canceled.

Returns that are requested due to no fault of JTC Wholesale are subject to 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. Orders returned without RMA are subject to 45% restocking fee.
