All of our products are hand made and shipped from our shop in Riverview Florida

Can I Expedite My Shipping?

We offer 1 day expedited shipping, please not that shipping will not speed up processing time. Expedited shipping is very costly so ordering in plenty of time before the items are needed is suggested. Expedited shipping is only available to U.S residents only.

Do You Ship Internationally 

We do ship internationally please see our shipping policy for further information, and we accept all major credit card. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order by visiting your account page. We also offer estimated delivery on all of our product pages just go to "shipping & processing tab" at the bottom of our product page.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order ?

We generally try to start orders as soon as payment clears. but if you need to cancel or change your order please contact us at support@jadestropicalcreations.com. We may not be able to cancel or change your order If... Your Item has already shipped, We have started creating your item, You order is a custom made order.

Do You Offer Wholesale?

Please visit our wholesale information page for wholesale orders. If you have a specific business need but feel it is outside of wholesale we may be able to offer bulk item discounts.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Get My Order?

Are All Of Your Items Vegan?

No, not all of the products are vegan. Please check product descriptions and ingredient lists to ensure the product is vegan.

Are All Of Your Items Cruelty-Free?

Yes, none of my products or ingredients will ever be tested on animals. This includes where we source our products from including domestic & international. We strongly believe that animals should not be tested on and will not or any part of our ingredients or other items from companies that test on animals.

Are All Of Your Items Made In The U.S?

Yes, all of our handmade products are made in the U.S. We do offer some products not made by Jades Tropical Creations that may be sourced from outside of the U.S. This includes candle holders, wax warmers, some products in gift baskets and gift sets. Items that are exclusively made by us are all made in the U.S with 95% of ingredients purchased from U.S suppliers. This includes: All Waxes, Skincare, Lipcare & Mens Care products. Do You Work With Brand Ambassadors Or Brand Promoters?

We do not support brand promoters or brand ambassadors with free products to review or use on social media. We will not offer free products in the future for brand ambassadors or brand promoters. We do offer discounts to brand promoters and brand ambassadors. We also offer discount codes for your social media followers to use. We ask that you contact us first letting us know prior to your purchase to see if you qualify for our brand promoter & brand ambassador discounts. How big is the discount? The discount starts at 18% of $30 purchased for the purposes of promotion. The discounts go all the way up to 32% of $30 based on results of traffic driven to our website that results in a purchase using your unique follower code

Why Do The Colors Look Different In Person Versus My Phone/Monitor?

There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your product or items viewed on our website. Factors includes your computer/phone settings, and lighting. Also keep in mind that our products are 100% handmade so not every batch is exactly the same. We do have strict measures in place to maintain batch consistency but there are some variations
